CSS PTO News You Can Use Apr 30

Hassle Free Fundraiser

Our Hassle Free Fundraiser has started! We know that everyone is busy and has little time to seek out buyers and deliver goods. Our goal is to raise $4000.00. To donate, fill out this form- 2017 No Hassle Fundraiser.pdf -and have your student return it to their 5th period teacher by or online at www.conradpto.com. Donations are tax deductible and receipts are available upon request. We are off to a great start and have raised over $1000.00 in 4 days! We are extending the deadline to Friday, April 28th. Thank you to the families that have graciously donated already, your support is greatly appreciated.

After Prom

Conrad’s After Prom is coming back to the school gym on Friday, May 5th at 11:30 pm! We are in need of food and gift card donations. We are also looking for parents that want to have fun while keeping our children safe after the prom. Volunteers are needed to help set up, receive food donations, decorate, chaperone and clean up. After Prom Tickets are now on sale at the office and will be sold during 3rd and 4th lunch beginning on Monday, 04/24 and throughThursday 5/4.

The tickets are $5.00 per person and the event is being held on Friday, May 5th from 11:30pm – 2:30am.

**Conrad students attending must have a completed STUDENT/PARENT AGREEMENT/PERMISSION SLIP

**Guests attending must have a completed  GUEST REGISTRATION FORM

We still need parent volunteers and donations.

8th Grade Formal

The 8th Grade Formal – A Night in Vegas – will take place on Friday, May 12 in the gym. This is a wonderful night that is one of the culminating events for our oldest Middle School students. Tickets are $15 and will be sold from May 8-12 during lunch. Conrad students may bring guests from other schools as long as the following form is turned in at the time of the ticket sale.


Volunteers are needed to help make the night a success. We are especially in need of food donations and help with ticket sales and decorating. Please consider signing up.

6th & 7th Grade Picnic

Join us for a picnic on Friday May 19 from 5 to 8 pm on the football field. We’ll provide the food and games – you bring the fun. All family members are welcome, but this is not a drop-off event, at least one adult must attend with their child. $5 per person.

In order to be successful, we need your help. Please consider donating an hour or so of your time during the event, shifts are in 90 minute increments or less. Opportunities in the concession stand, supervising games, and more. 2017/2018 PTO Board

Have you ever wanted to be a part of the PTO Board? Now is your chance to join the PTO Board and help make a difference at Conrad. We are currently accepting nominations for next year’s Board members. You can nominate yourself or someone else, sign up at PTO Board Nominations. All nominations will be verified before the May 11th ballot. Position descriptions can be found here.
