8th Grade Formal
November 30 – Conrad’s 8th Grade Formal planning committee will meet on Thursday, November 30 at 6:30 pm at Panera Bread on Kirkwood Highway. Please join us as we begin the process of planning for the event which will take place on May 11, 2017.
Conrad Wolves Tervis Cups – order for the Holidays!
This year the PTO will be sponsoring a Tervis insulated tumbler sale. The money generated will go towards funding PTO activities throughout this school year. Our goal is to raise $8,000.00 (we keep 40-45% of the sales). We are confident that we can meet this goal with one of a kind custom Conrad wolf tumblers in various sizes including a water bottle. Various fun stock designs and collegiate logos will also be available. Sale dates are 11/6/17 to 11/17/17. All orders must be turned in no later than Friday, November 17th. Delivery will be the week of December 18th. Specific day and time of pick up will be sent out after the order is placed.
Volunteers needed for Choice Open Houses
CSS is in need of 2 Middle School parents and 2 High School parents to answer questions from prospective students & families during the respective upcoming choice open houses. The MS choice open house is November 14, 2017 from 6-8 pm and the HS choice open house is November 16, 2017 from 6-8 pm. Please contact Alex Williamson at cassidy1169@gmail.com if you can volunteer.

Seeking 3-5 interested parents to participate on our Wellness advisory committee. The advisory committee will ideally consist of faculty, parents, and students; and meet 2-3x during the school year after school. I would like the first meeting to take place in November.
The purpose of the committee is to receive updates on the services/interventions provided by the wellness center; provide feedback on those services; and advise how the wellness center can continue and/or improve it’s outreach/education to the school community.

October is an exciting month at CSS! Spirit week, MS Dance, Homecoming, and the Alumni Craft Show! Sign up geniuses will be posted this weekend! Come on out and enjoy the festivities!
The Fall Middle School Dance – will be held Friday, October 13th from 7-9pm in the gym. This event is for CSS 6tn, 7th and 8th grade students and is not a formal event. Tickets will be sold the week of October 9th during both lunch periods. The cost is $5.00 per student. We are in need of volunteers to help make this dance a success.
